Directions for use – It is best to take 3 PURE-COL capsules last thing at night with a glass of water.
For Extra Anti-Ageing add the Perfect Aloe Vera Topical Gel and make up the Pure col Aloe Gel mask.
After cleansing: – Open 2 to 3 of the collagen capsules into a small cup (egg cup) and add one or two dots of aloe gel or warm water, mix together to a sticky paste and apply in upward strokes with a brush or finger tips from under the chin to the bone of the eye socket (not up to the lashes). For extra eye lift place the brush just below the eyebrow and brush up-wards to the hair line and over brush problem areas.
Relax now for 20 -30 minutes the mixture will firm up, wash off with warm to cool water pat dry and follow on with your hydrating and moisturising your face should feel firmer but not tight, soft & awakened.
